Paula grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where her early experiences fostered a lasting commitment to connection, service, and thoughtful problem-solving. A proud UA Wildcat, she returned to Tucson a few years ago, drawn by its desert landscapes, strong sense of community, and year-round sunshine—perfect for her favorite pastime, tennis. Her career has focused on healthcare IT transformation, with leadership roles in both public and private sectors. She’s known for bringing people together, simplifying complex ideas, and keeping projects moving with clarity and purpose. Paula also volunteers with organizations focused on community well-being and environmental sustainability - causes close to her heart.

Whether leading a strategic initiative or helping a neighbor, she values authenticity, collaboration, and making sure everyone feels heard and supported. Real estate felt like a natural extension of Paula’s passion for people and meaningful work. She specializes in residential properties in her own backyard, Ventana Canyon.
