At just 10 months old, this adorable Shih Tzu–Bichon Frise mix has already become something of a local celebrity around Ventana Canyon. Whether she's riding shotgun in the golf cart, making friends on our neighborhood walks, joining me for dinner at the club, or attending community events, Poppy has never met a stranger. Her tail is always wagging, and she has a special way of bringing smiles wherever she goes.
You might spot us exploring Ventana Canyon together, chatting with neighbors, or stopping to admire another beautiful home. Poppy reminds me every day that real estate is about more than buying and selling houses—it's about community, connection, and feeling at home.
